I recently purchased a Cook’s Essentials 1 lb to 1.5 lb Stainless Steel Breadmaker from QVC in White model K48307, I was not having much success making a simple white loaf.
Previously I had found lots of helpful information on Susana’s Fast2eat website specifically her “Everything You Need to Know to Start Baking Awesome Bread Using a Bread Maker” page and she has not let me down. In her troubleshooting section I found this comment “During periods of warm weather with high humidity, use less water and cooler water”.
Thank you Susana.
What did I have to loose, especially as I live in Florida where high humidity is normal?
It worked I made a loaf fit for a sandwich, my elation waned with the loaf.
What if I could not make another?
